    Aquaculture Ras System for Land-Based and RAS Facilities

    Holly’s composite fish farming tanks are engineered for reliable performance in land-based aquaculture facilities, including RAS, smolt and grow-out systems. Designed for structural integrity, modular installation and long-term operational efficiency, our tanks support optimized production processes with minimal maintenance.

    Fish Tank: Tanks where fish are raised, allowing for controlled, high-density stocking.
    Mechanical Filter:Removes solid waste (fish waste, uneaten feed) to prevent excessive bacterial growth.
    Biological Filter (Biofilter): Uses bacteria (like Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter) to break down toxic ammonia—a byproduct of fish metabolism—into harmless nitrate.
    Degassing & Oxygenation: Removes accumulated and adds pure oxygen or air to ensure high dissolved oxygen levels (above 4 ppm).
    Disinfection: Uses UV-C light or ozone to kill pathogens, reducing the need for antibiotics.
